Still Spirits turbo classic

Classic 8 is the best all rounder Turbo Yeast, performing excellently under most conditions. Use with 8 kg of sugar for high ABV, or 6 kg of sugar for fast fermenting. Classic has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality.

For 6Kg of Sugar or Sucrose:
ABV: 14.5%
Water Start temperature: 40°C
Air Temperature Range: 18-30°C
Fermentation Time:
3 days at 18°C
2 days at 30°C

For 8Kg of Turbo Sugar or Sucrose:
ABV%: 18.3%
Water Start temperature: 30°C
Air Temperature Range: 16-23°C
Fermentation Time:
12 days at 15°C
7 days at 30°C

Recommendation: Use with Turbo Carbon in the fermenter to improve the quality of the wash, followed by a dose of Turbo Clear to ensure a good clear wash goes into your still.
